"Practise It Once more" is a vocal performed by American contemporary worship band Height Worship. Written by Mack Brock, Chris Dark-brown, Matt Redman and Steven Furtick,[2] the vocal was released every bit the first single from their 2017 album There Is a Deject.[3] [iv] It was released to Christian radio on February 23, 2018. The song peaked at No. vi on the United states of america Hot Christian Songs nautical chart, becoming their second Top ten unmarried from that chart. It lasted on the charts for 33 weeks, their second longest charting song.[5] The song is played in a B-flat major key, and 172 beats per minute.[six]
Background [edit]
The earliest version of "Practice Information technology Once again" was released on September 9, 2016, as part of the extended play titled Speak Revival.[7] The live version of "Do Information technology Again" was then released on February 17, 2018, during the pre-club period of There Is a Cloud, every bit the 2d promotional single of the album.[viii] [ix] It was recorded during the 12-day "Code Orange Revival" event in September 2016,[ten] held by Top Church building at its Ballantyne campus in Charlotte, Due north Carolina.[eleven] "Do Information technology Again" impacted Christian radio on February 23, 2018, with an extended play containing the radio, live, reprise, acoustic and Spanish versions of the song released on the aforementioned twenty-four hours.[12]
Writing and evolution [edit]
Worship leaders and songwriters Mack Brock and Chris Brown had an interview with Kevin Davis in Reading, Pennsylvania for a 'Behind the Song' feature published on NewReleaseToday.[13] Mack Brock shared that the song was inspired by a sermon titled "Don't Terminate on half dozen" that Steven Furtick preached at a Hillsong Conference, whereby Matt Redman identified a song concept.[13] Chris Brown, in relation to the song's takeaway message, said "We desire people to know that God is faithful."[13]

The lyric and acoustic videos of "Do Information technology Once more" was published on YouTube on September 30, 2016.[14] [15] The alive music video of "Exercise It Again" which also includes the reprise, recorded at Peak Church's Ballantyne campus in Charlotte, North Carolina was released on February 24, 2017, through YouTube.[16] The lyric video of the song'due south Castilian version titled "Lo Harás Otra Vez (Do It Again)" was released on August 21, 2017, via YouTube.[17] The live acoustic performance video of the vocal was then published on March ane, 2018 via YouTube.[18]
